Service: Indusflo industry management platform

1. Acceptance

By registering, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). You must be authorized to bind your organization.

2. Service description

Indusflo provides cloud-based operational software (inventory, production, workforce, reporting, and related modules) based on your selected industry template. Features depend on your subscription plan and product edition.

3. Account and tenant responsibility

  • You are responsible for users you invite and activity under your tenant workspace.
  • You must provide accurate registration information including industry type and country of operation.
  • Login credentials must not be shared; you must enforce reasonable internal access controls.

4. Subscription, trial, and payment

  • Trial: As stated at signup (typically 14–30 days) unless otherwise indicated.
  • Fees: As shown in USD and/or TZS equivalent at signup; invoicing currency as selected where available.
  • Tax: Customer is responsible for VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar where applicable.
  • Payment failure: May result in read-only access, suspension, and eventual termination per the billing policy in the product.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: reverse engineer the service; attempt to access other tenants’ data; upload malware; use the service for unlawful purposes; or overload systems intentionally.

6. Your data

  • Operational data is stored in a dedicated database space for your tenant.
  • You retain ownership of your business data.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and back up data solely to provide the service.

7. Data location

Primary hosting region is disclosed at signup. EU or other regional data residency is available only when explicitly offered on your plan.

8. Availability and support

  • We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Support response times depend on your plan as described at signup.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The service is provided “as is” except where mandatory consumer rights apply.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
  • Our aggregate liability for any claim in a 12-month period is limited to fees paid by you in that period.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of law, except where caused by our gross negligence.

12. Term and termination

  • You may cancel according to the in-product cancellation flow.
  • We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, breach, or legal requirement.
  • After termination, export and retention rules in the Privacy Policy apply.

13. Governing law and disputes

Default: Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania (operator domicile), with courts in [City, Tanzania] having jurisdiction unless prohibited.

EU/UK customers: Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are preserved. Where required, dispute resolution follows applicable local rules.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
